Sehr schöne Lage!

Das Apartment ist sehr hellhörig, man hört wirklich jedes Wort das die Nachbarn sprechen. Ausserdem teilt man sich die Terrasse. Es gibt weder im Haus noch auf der Terrasse Rückzugsmöglichkeiten vor dem Lärm der Nachbarn. Wir hatten leider sehr laute und rücksichtslose Nachbarn, die teilweise von früh morgens bis nachts um 12:00 Uhr Lärm gemacht haben. Der Gastgeber Yiannis hat auf unsere Bitte zu intervenieren nicht reagiert. So war unser Aufenthalt leider eher anstrengend, so dass wir das Apartment trotz der tollen Lage auf keinen Fall empfehlen können. Hi Yannis, I did tell the truth, since I send a WhatsApp to Fani, the contact we were given, asking to intervene when the neighbor was very rude and loud until 12:00 at night. Fani responded the next day saying that they don't work for you on that day and that they forwarded my message to you. But I never heard from you. So that is what happened. Best, Andrea

Very nice little house more or less on the pebble beach.

The kitchen was not very well equipped and we could only get one set of keys (they rent this out for 4 people ... that would be very crowded!)

Das war die beste Wohnung die wir je hatten, und wir hatten schon sehr viele. Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Das Meer vor der Türe, man hört ständig das wunderbare Rauschen der Wellen. Das Wasser ist glasklar. Die Terrasse ist ein Traum. Sie ist riesengroß, mit Liegen und Liegestühle, mehrere Tische und viele Stühle. Viel grün, schöne Pflanzen. Es herrscht herrliche Ruhe, das Auto steht wenige Schritte vor der Türe. Die Nähe zu Kalamata ist auch sehr vorteilhaft. Gleich über der Straße ist ein sehr gutes Restaurant, und ein kleiner Lebensmittelladen. Lidl ist mit dem Auto in 5-10 Min zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet, mit allem was man braucht. Sehr bequemes Bett, gut eingerichtete Küche. Großer Kühlschrank mit großem Gefrierfach. Waschmaschine, die wir nicht benutzt haben, Spülmaschine, 4 Platten Ceranofeld und Backofen, sowie Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine etc. Viel Geschirr und Töpfe, Pfannen....Giannis, der Vermieter und seine Eltern sind super nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. WLAN ist super. Viel Platz im Kleiderschrank, viele Kleiderbügel. Es war eine wunderbare Zeit, knd wir werden wiederkommen. 10 Punkte sind noch zu wenig!

Oaza mira na samoj obali mora! Uživo je lepše nego na slikama jer čujete šum mora ili zvuk talasa što je nešto najlepše što možete doživeti dok ste na odmoru.

Bili smo zadovoljni u potpunosti.

The house is beautiful and perfectly located right next to the beach. It features a spacious balcony with sun loungers, an outdoor dining area, and a stunning view of the sea. Inside, the living room has a bed positioned to face a large window, offering a breathtaking view. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare breakfast, and there's a supermarket conveniently located just across the street. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to our friends!

One downside: the washing machine wasn’t working during our stay. Despite that, we truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it to our friends!

The location, literally 2m from the sea. Sea view. Spacious and well equipped house. The host and his parents.

The location is truly special, right by the sea - it is literally 20 steps to get to one of two sandy beaches by the property. The hosts are wonderful and very caring. All the amenities one would need are there. Easy access to shops and to the main road that takes you into Kalamata or to the Mani area. We will definitely come back again, this time for a longer stay.

Nothing, this property surpassed our expectations.

The apartment is roomy and well equipped. Awesome view of the mountains and Kalamata. Within 5 seconds you can be swimming in the ocean.
