Paparizou Apartments

Awesome location

We were the first guests probably so there was a bit spider webs.

The location is near the beach. The house is surounded by trees, so the car was in a shade all the day. The linen and towels were clean and ironed.

The room was on the first floor, without an air condition. Photos in the booking site show ground floor only and we thought that we booked a ground floor room, because one of us had a problem with the legs. The booking was paid in advance. So the owners didn't bother with us, they gave us the key and that was all. It seems that no one is responsible for the guests there. The fridge was small and didn't work properly. There are not mosquito nets on the doors, and there are plenty of mosquitos in the area. House is beach front, however the beach is very untidy and small. Actually, it can be a very nice house, if the owners show a little bit more responsibility and respect to the guests.

Paparizou apartments: - It is located right on the beach (between the building and the beach is only the access street). - Our room (on the first floor) have view to the sea, view slightly blocked by trees but they shade the balcony. - room has everything you need: good bed, kitchenette, bathroom with shower (but shower don’t has a curtain). - cars can be parked behind the building in the shade among the trees The beach: - The beach is narrow, with pebbles and sand, the water is very clear. - at the end of the beach on the right apx 100 m from Paparizou is a local producer who has very good tzipourou and olive oil and honey and at good prices. Kokino Nero village: - it is small, quiet, there is a market and a bakery în center. - at apx 1.5 km is a natural spa with mineral water, it is in open air, free of charge - at apx 0.5 km there are taverns The hosts: - Great hosts - checkin and checkout was very quick. If our Greece routes pass through the area, we will definitely stay at Paparizou.

Lovely, clean apartment with a sea view, very pleasant and helpful hosts. The place itself is extremely pleasant for vacation, the sea and the beach are in front of the house, and the nature is rich.

I liked everything and we had a very pleasant vacation in Kokkino Nero.

Normal stay in Greece, small studio with basic kitchen an refrigerator. Nice terrace with a sea view and chairs. No aircondition and tv but I don't need them on vacation. Solar water heater. Parking is in backyard. House is litteraly on the beach. Owners are very friendly and helpful.

We had a bad weather for a couple of days, thats all.

The location, the size of the apartment, free parking in the shade... in one word, everything!! See you next year.
