Clean, tidy, lovely pool, nice garden very well manicured, stunning views of the mountains and some sea. Simple but good kitchen bad good enough . The owner clean the apartment every 3 days and change the towels many times . Lovely apartment enough for two people, with a good balcony. Meltemia also very close to shops and restaurants. A good catch. The owner was very helpful too.We highly recommend this place.. and not for last beaches are very close by and sea very beautiful. As the good beaches are a little bit faraway I will recommend to rent a car or a motorbike . Taxi price are very high.

Location was great.

Everything seemed to be going well until we checked out, and there was a mutual misunderstanding about how to complete the payment for our taxi services. We were told the host would contact us to indicate how we could pay for the taxis; however, our week-long stay went by, and we did not receive any information on how to pay. We never even saw the host who was supposed to talk to us about payment. We noted multiple times that we accepted the taxi rates and were ready to pay for the taxi, but there was no communication on how to pay - cash or credit card. Then, as I was waiting for a message from the host to indicate how to pay, they messaged us very aggressively and assumed that we were skipping out on the payment. Again, we said multiple times that we wanted to pay them. Instead of approaching the situation with the assumption that there was confusion about how to pay for the taxi service, the host was immediately aggressive. It was shocking to receive such a message. They stated that we were not welcome back at Meltemia, and after that treatment, we definitely do not want to and will not return.

A lovely apartment in a peaceful setting, well-equipped like being in your own home. The swimming pool and breakfasts added to the enjoyment! The apartments are surrounded by olive and fruit trees and you can look up at Mount Kerkis - and, yes, you should make the effort to hike up there - wonderful views!

The whole design of the studios is in a very authentic style directly giving you holiday vibes. We loved the flair and the views on Mt Oros. The location is quiet but very close to the beach. We also loved the cute kittens living there.

The bathroom is very tiny, you need to be a little acrobatic on the toilet or in the shower.
