great apartment, very friedly host, just next to the beach

Great location and very clean

The room was at the rear side so don’t expect sea view; no windows only a sliding door which was the entrance to the unit

John was very welcoming and responsive. I loved the fruit candies in the room. The sea view from the penthouse was perfect.

The location is just perfect. Right at the beach. I stayed in the “penthouse” great view John who managed the arrival, very friendly and helpful. Had Some delay with arrival and he did everything he could to get me in the appartement. Very friendly, very open in his communication

Clean, comfort for a couple + 7 year old child. Had more then we needed, (we stayed one night before our flight): well equipped kitchenette, clean linen and towels, extra bedding and pillows for the high heads up sleepers. Compact studio that has a movable screen between the bedroom and the living room, and with the various light opportunities we could function while our child sleeps in the living room. Short walking distance and in front of the property there are Tavern and shops as well as the beach (unfortunately we didn't had time to swim). John has met us personally to explain and give us the key, he is kindness and helpful. Athens airport is 15 min by car/taxi (around 20 Euro).

Some more space between the bed to the dresser
