Het was een ruim appartement. Zeer schoon! Ruim balkon. Zeer goed contact met emmanoul. Reageerd heel vlot op berichten en telefoon. Denkt mee! Bij aankomst een warm welkom,er stond een heerlijke fles wijn klaar. Cakejes en koffie was allemaal aanwezig. Ook tussendoor komt Emmanoul het appartement nog eens goed schoonmaken en deed dat i.o.m ons voor het tijdstip B.v de laaste dag moesten wij om 10.00u uitchecken. Maar omdat wij een avondvlucht hadden moesten we ons nog een dag vermaken. Heerlijk naar het strand geweest en konden onze bagage achterlaten bij het appartement. Einde van de middag mochten we ons nog opfrissen en omkleden in het appartement. Dit is toch super! Al met al een fantastisch verblijf gehad Emmanoul hartstikke bedankt voor de goede zorgen.

Εξαιρετικό μέρος και υπέροχος οικοδεσπότης ο κος Εμμανουήλ. Μας υποδέχτηκε ξημερώματα με τα κλειδιά στο χέρι, μας ξεναγησε και μας καλωσόρισε με ένα μπουκάλι κρασί. Για τα παιδιά είχε σνακ και παγωτά. Το σπίτι ήταν εξοπλισμένο με όλα τα είδη οικιακών συσκευών, το ψυγείο με νερά, φρούτα και αναψυκτικά, διαφορετικούς καφεδες. Μας εξήγησε οτι κοντά στο σπίτι ήταν η στάση που περνάει το ηλεκτρικό λεωφορείο για να μας πηγαίνει στο κέντρο δωρεάν μεσα σε 7 λεπτά. Το επομενο πρωι μας έδωσε ομπρελες για τη θάλασσα. Ότι χρειαστηκαμε, ήταν εκει σε 5 λεπτά να μας εξυπηρετήσει. Τη τρίτη μέρα, μας καθάρισαν το σπίτι και μας άφησε ρακή και παραδοσιακα ξεροτήγανα για κέρασμα. Νιώθαμε ότι ήμασταν φιλοξενούμενοι του κου Εμμανουήλ πάρα πελάτες 😀 Αν ξαναβρεθούμε στα Χανιά, θα τον προτιμήσουμε σίγουρα!

We had a fantastic stay! The host, Emmanouel, welcomed us personally at the apartment and brought us local wine, traditional snacks, and fresh fruit. He also shared lots of useful tips about getting around Chania and making the most of our stay. He was incredibly friendly and had a great sense of humor, which made us feel very comfortable right from the start. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed—including all kinds of useful kitchen gadgets. There was air conditioning in every room, which was a lifesaver during the hot days of our stay. One of the best tips the host gave us was about the free electric bus that stops near the apartment (park and ride) and takes you directly to the city center in about 20 minutes. It was a great way to avoid the traffic and not have to use the car. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Chania!

Spacious apartment and terrace, it has everything you need, nice host, about 10 mins on foot to the closest beach and 15 to Nea Chora beach. Supermarket and cafe downstairs with very good pastries, pharmacy across the road and bus stop around the corner.

The only minus is that the internet was not working, the host told us when we arrived that the internet company was working around the area.

If you have a car and plan to drive every day to explore Crete this is great choise. Host is very friendly and apartman is very comfortable and clean.

I recommend this to everyone.A very big and spacious apartment with all the comforts you need,and also a big thanks to Manuel who made our stay wonderful.

Everything was perfect. From the host attention to the place comfort and location, the only score we could give is 5 in 5 stars ⭐️. For sure, if once again in Chania, I’d go back without thinking!

House Escape Located within a 20 minute walk to the Old Town and 15 minute walk to the beach, this was a great place to stay. It was clean and had everything that we needed. The balcony is spacious and has a lovely view of the mountains. There is a mini mart next door and the bus stop is a 2 minute walk. Emmanuel was really welcoming and a great host. He couldn’t have been more helpful and was easily contactable. Would definitely recommend and hope to come back if we return to Chania.

The apartment is super nice and spacious. It is fully equipped with every household item you might need. It offers a nice living room, open space kitchen and dining, a small desk for office tasks and a hanging chair. For this room you have access to a huge terrace with Crete’s impressive mountain range in the background. The bathroom provides separated shower and bathtub, and a washing machine. Every room is equipped with individually controlled AC. We were welcomed with soft drinks in the fridge, some snacks and a basket of delicious oranges to make ourselves fresh juice in the morning. The apartment is located a little outside the city center. Bus stops are around the corner. You’ll find a mini market next door as well as a patisserie/café. A pharmacy is located right in front. The nearest beach is a good 10 minute walk away. If you go a little further along the coast, you’ll find the Golden Beach. It’s visited by locals and pre-season not heavily frequented. Emmanouel, a super friendly and helpful host, was there for check-in, check-out and we could text him in between if we had any questions and requests.

Our stay at House escape was great. We had all we needed . Our host was very friendly and attentive and went out of his way to help. It was an easy 5 minute bus ride into Chania old town or 20-minute walk . Close to a minimart as well.
