Playia Villas III

Location was lovely with great views,owner was brilliant and friendly and vey helpful throughout our stay. All the rooms were really nice and the main bedroom with double aspect especially so. Fridge was loaded with drinks and food when we arrived,wish we had known before we went shopping. A great gesture and much appreciated. Pool was lovely and warm, Cat was lovely.

What a beautiful place and lovely house. As previous reviews we appreciated the filled fridge on arrival. Also the beautiful modern and clean house. Daily check and cleaning of the pool and the bbq. And even mosquito repellents were brought. Kostas is a hardworking friendly man who does his job with love. He even changed a flat tire on our car for us. We will miss the coziness of the house cat Frederika, who kept us company every day. A rental car is recommended but not necessary. Via a steep slope down you are already in front of a small supermarket and a few taverns. Thanks to Kostas and his staff for the pleasant stay.

Absolutely amazing from start to finish hosts was so attentive but not over bearing, villa is BETTER than the pictures view is stunning, they was so lovely left us some cute bits from champagne a bottle of wine fruit yogurts cheeses and bread the hosts also kindly helped with transfers who are also amazing even took us around anywhere we needed through out our stay with really good prices they took us kavos multiple times with no problems also so helpful with finding shops etc. most relaxing holiday by far would deffo recommend and we will be back in future :) also kindly let us stay a extra few hours as our flight was late and nobody was booked honestly the nicest people

Absolutely unique accommodation, well-equipped, spacious, tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. I really appreciated the warm welcome, detailed instructions and food supplies in the fridge, so thoughtful! As a solo traveler I felt very safe during the entire stay, it couldn’t have been more relaxing. The area is really lovely, many nice taverns serving fresh fish and little shops with everything you might need available within the walking distance. I would definitely recommend staying there if you wish to explore the southern part of the island. 😊

Really…i don‘t know where to start! A perfect house middle in south east coast of Corfu.. with all the details for the family…very clean pool, accurated garden, grill area, big balcony, modern kitchen, two fantastic bed room, climatizer everywhere needed, two bathrooms, TV with all acces to netflix, amazon prime in every room, fridge, oven, toaster…. and space for everybody. Antonis is an amazing host, 24 hours for you available to tell you which beaches are the best, which restaurants are in quality/price the most reccomandable, the places you should visit in corfu, offering you different services and everytime being patient and kind to you! Knowing our trip has delayed he waited for us, preparing us a small surprice and filling the fridge with the most important food…

for me everything was perfect… But ok my daughters said if the pool will be larger and deepee they would be even happier;-)

This place is on a hill with a fantastic view on the village Petriti and the nice bay. The villa itself is very well equipped with all gadgets to spend time with a whole family or for couples. Our spot with an upper level had a great view from the pool down towards the village and the fantastic surrounding area. Parking spaces are directly nearby the villa-complex. The host and the team is very focused on service so we were very happy to get info and helping hands at any time, we just felt very welcomed and relaxed and that might be the most important things during a stay ! So here again a big Efcharistó for having us at your place and a great one week off-time :) Best regards !
