El Conditioner air no servia

Πολύ ευρύχωρο, ανακαινισμένο, άνετο και καθαρό σπίτι.

Κλειστήκαμε στο ασανσέρ για 1 ώρα και μας άνοιξε η Πυροσβεστική. Το δυσάρεστο είναι ότι από τα γειτονικά μαγαζιά μας ενημέρωσαν πως είναι συχνό φαινόμενο στη συγκεκριμένη οικοδομή. Το ασανσέρ είναι πολύ παλιό και το διαμέρισμα είναι στον 6ο όροφο. Όλα τα θετικά επισκιάστηκαν από αυτή την εμπειρία.

Το σπίτι δεν είναι καλά συντηρημένο. Η τηλεόραση χαλασμένη . Όλοι οι τοίχοι λερωμένοι . Επίσης ένα υπνοδωμάτιο μόνο είχε κλιματιστικό. Το τηλέφωνο του μπάνιου χαλασμένο . Για την τιμή που το κλείσαμε 300 ευρώ το βράδυ δεν αξίζει σίγουρα και δεν θα το επέλεγα ξανά .

It was easy to book and find , nice location, spacious apartmant, you can park your car next to property for 25e per day ...great value for money

The place itself has a fantastic location. Right next to lots of bakeries, shops, just down the road from the metro station. The place was clean and inside it was nicely presented. With the AC on it was nice and cool in the hot weather. Overall I would consider staying there again if I wanted an apartment (as opposed to a hotel) in a good area of Thessaaloniki with a reasonable price.

It didn't bother me as much but I can understand the access to the apartment might seem a little daunting, it's next to a petrol station bizarrely built into the apartment block (as opposed to a separate building). Then when you go in its a creepy corridor leading to one of the world's smallest lifts with a surrounding stairwell (not for the claustrophobic type) and the stairs- you need to find the temporary lighting switches to get that section of staircase to light. All that said, I reckon all of the apartments down that road would be like that, and it really is a great location. So if you can cope with a somewhat dodgy looking way in youll be fine! 7-8/10.

Η τοποθεσία ήταν τέλεια! Δέκα λεπτά από το κέντρο!! Πολύ άνετοι όλοι οι χώροι ωραία θέα από το μπαλκόνι!!

Το αρνητικό και βασικό για εμάς ήταν πως δεν είχε κλιματιστικά σε όλα τα δωμάτια!! Είχε δυο μικρά κλιματιστικά αλλά το σπίτι είναι μεγάλο έχει 4 υπνοδωμάτια και δεν πάγωναν ολα. Πήγαμε και σε μέρες με πάρα πολύ καύσωνα και δεν δρόσιζε παντού.
