Location was perfect, just 1 km away with motorbike from the town. Very peaceful and quiet at night. The views from the terrace were amazing, the rooms was comfortable and big. Facilities were working perfectly and the design was delightful. The staff supported us very much in checking in/ out and made our stay the best ever! We could also work very well from the room as the wifi has been extremely performing.

Beautiful view from the balcony. Absolutely quiet place and one of the most quiet places we have stayed in. A short one to two minute walk near the property to watch the sunsets. Nice sunsets especially with some clouds. Minimalist kitchen but it had all the basic items we needed to eat supper one night of the four nights we stayed. No problem with breakfast and fun to figure out how the stove top/oven worked. Daily maid service which we did not expect. Great parking and an easy to use parking area. Close enough to town to walk (less than a mile) but we had a car so we cut out half the walk and used the free public parking lot at the ferry dock. I suggest renting a car if you plan to see the island. We went out on three half day trips. If you have a car you can also go to the supermarket about 3 miles away. The supermarket also sells liquor. Nice to have a private happy hour on the balcony. Good value.

No potable water on the island so this is not something they could easily control. We did not know that in advance, but we had purchased a lot of water before we got there, so no real probably for us. Mosquitoes, so you had to shut the windows and doors at night. A screen on the window could resolve this. No problem with mosquitoes during the day. We had to run the air conditioner at night even though it was cool outside, so it wasted electricity. No shower. There is a shower spray but you have to hold it. I suggest putting a shower hook on the wall to hold it. I have been in many hotels that have that. In fact I have that at my house. It takes 3 minutes for hot water to get to the shower or the sink. Not really a problem if you know that's what it takes, but it does waste water and I think they have water issues on the island. That probably cannot be fixed if the distance for the hot water to travel is long. Check in requires someone to give you a key which means you have to coordinate time to meet. I may have screwed up giving them the arrival time and I am sorry about that if I did. I think they had to come out twice to try to meet us. A keycode lock would work better for everyone. We rent a condo in Texas. We just had someone check in yesterday and here we are in beautiful Tinos. Our guests could check in at anytime. They also can't lose a key.

The view from the veranda was amazing, the room is very comfortable and has everything you need for your stay, would definitely stay again. Recommended!
