Centro Y Mar! Central Penthouse with Terrace!

The host was absolutely 5-stars!!! We kept in touch during our stay and everything we asked for was provided/arranged for very promptly. All the communication was smooth, and the hospitality was amazing! Definitely made our stay even better. The bedrooms were comfortable and had good storage. The apartment was properly clean, plus there was a mid week clean. The house was tastefully decorated. The terrace is very lovely when it's not too warm. The showers had great water pressure. The location is right in front of the water, close to all the shops/cafes/restaurants.

The kitchen had very little storage/cooking space; not ideal to have full meals at home, but fine for breakfasts. There were no locks in any doors inside the apartment (mostly inconvenient for the bathrooms). The bathrooms could use some more hangers; for a group of 6 people it was too short. We could use some dustbins in the bedrooms, as well as coat hangers. Parking can be challenging depending on the season and how packed Argostoli is.

The apartment is in a great location, with everything that you could need (bakeries; supermarkets; coffee shops; restaurants; wine bars etc) on the doorstep. We loved the view from the roof terrace and the balconies. There was plenty of space for us (2 adults and 2 adult children) and the apartment is well equipped so it is possible to self-cater if you wish. The apartment was spotless on arrival. Communication with the property host was exemplary; Gerasimos was easy to contact and was very helpful with providing information about local recommendations. We were also very grateful for the late check out. The bottle of wine on arrival was also a very thoughtful gesture.

Η τοποθεσία είναι κεντρικά και υπάρχει πρόσβαση με τα πόδια στα πάντα (λιμάνι, υπεραγορές, φαρμακεία, καφετέριες, μπαρ, εστιατόρια/ταβέρνες κτλ). Η θεά από τη βεράντα στον πρώτο όροφο είναι πολύ όμορφη, και η βεράντα άνετη μεγάλη. Το διαμέρισμα έχει όλα τα απαραίτητα για μια οικογένεια. Και ακόμα και αν λείπει κάτι, ο ιδιοκτήτης είναι πάρα πολύ ευγενικός και πρόθυμος να βοηθήσει με άμεση ανταπόκριση. Ηταν καθαρό και άνετο το διαμέρισμα.

Λόγο άσθματος της κόρης μας, ζητήσαμε να γίνει ένα επιπλέον καθάρισμα των κλιματιστικών. Το οποίο ο ιδιοκτήτης έκανε πολύ πρόθυμα και τον ευχαριστούμε πολύ για αυτό. Αλλά στο ένα δωμάτιο (όπου μέναμε εμείς) όποτε λειτουργούσε το κλιματιστικό έβγαζε μια μυρωδιά όχι ευχάριστη. Έπρεπε να αεριζουμε τακτικά. Αλλά κανονικά δε θα την έχει, ήταν λόγο του δικού μας αιτήματος.

Great location with spectacular views. Tastefully decorated and comfortable. Immaculately clean.

The stairs require concentration to navigate but were perfectly safe just hold the hand rail.

The apartment was very comfortable, immaculately clean and perfect position on the island for visiting for the 1st time.

- The host was fantastic with all communication and so accommodating with any questions we had! - The location was perfect and the property had amazing views (also right next to the main turtle viewing point 🐢) - The apartment is modern, so spacious and beautifully designed. - The apartment was spotless upon arrival! Honestly couldn’t recommend a better place to stay ☺️

We were happy with everything but the only factor which was a little difficult at times was the narrow staircase to the upstairs area. This wasn’t an issue for us staying as couple but I imagine it could be fairly difficult to navigate if more people were staying. The host did make us aware of this beforehand so we also fully knew what to expect - just one example of the great communication from the host! 😄

Spacious rooms and roof terrace. Good communication from host. Easy check-in. Closeness to shops & restaurants. Good security.

Parking was often difficult due to the number of cars using the on-street spaces. The narrowness of the spiral staircase between the bedrooms on the 1st floor and living area on the 2nd took us a bit by surprise but by taking care it didn't cause us any problems.

Beautiful apartment with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Very clean, well-equipped, and in a great location. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend!
