Our little trip became better when we arrived at this place. That balcony is excellent for smokers and not only. The view is nice. Overall, I had all I needed and more in this apartament and I clearly come back when I will be in Tbilisi next time.

Perfect location for 5 days in Tbilisi. Apartment of quality and impeccable cleanliness! Building is Above Rustaveli avenue which is centrallest avenue of the city. Host gave us great hospitality and guided us to our stay! We come back without hesitating.

Staying at Tbilisi place was a wonderful experience. It is beautifully decorated and very clean. It was in a quiet and safe building and close to public transportation. He also thought of every little detail you could possibly think of. He goes above and beyond to make your stay the best, and for that we appreciate it! We would stay again in a heartbeat if we were ever to return to Tbilisi. Thank you!!

Host is super friendly. Very thoughtful. Explained the house rules. The house is very well located. There are Super markets nearby, cafes and restaurants. There is also musicians playing at night on Rustaveli Avenue (Central avenue on the next street) . The house was clean and had everything essential, well equipped kitchen and bathroom, ironing facilities and dishwashing machine was great bonus:) . Great housing for a vacation.

The apartment looks even better in real life than it did in the pictures. It was very clean. Host gave us clear instructions. The location is quite ideal since it's in the city center and there are many good restaurants in the neighborhood.

The stay in this house was truly extraordinary. The house is elegantly decorated, the bathrooms are beautiful, with high quality furniture. The location is perfect, central but at the same time on a quiet street. Communication with host was excellent; she is a very helpful and kind person. I highly recommend staying in this house: it is spacious, elegantly decorated, with a nice balcony and fully equipped kitchen, in an absolutely strategic location. I'll definitely be back!

One thing that I can say about is that it is indeed in a prime location. I loved the atmosphere in the area and the accommodation was just what I wanted. Plenty of room to move around and you don't feel cramped. It is a great choice to stay if you want to walk to great cafes, food store, restaurants and bars. Central square was less than a 10 minute walk distance, also to the historical buildings, parks and the mall. This is a must accommodation if you are visiting Tbilisi.

Great hosts, exceptional accommodations. This place is wonderful. Of all the places I stayed in over a month of traveling, this was the best value. The apartment was beautiful and the price was very reasonable. Would love to stay here again someday.
