Perakis Apartments

The supplies in the kitchen were extremely basic. No toaster, No Mircrowave, no oven, no bread knife, no cheese grater, 2 coffee mugs for 3 people, no tea towels, tiny cutting board, no can opener, no wine opener, no salad bowl, very tiny frying pan, and coffee maker leaked continually. Good electric kettle and passable hot plate. I think an overall of kitchen supplies would be in order to make this place perfect.

Perfect location and a really comfortable stay. Has everything you need and was super quiet and relaxing

The studio is very well located, close enough to the hustle and bustle but quiet enough too. It’s also very clean and the check-in/out was very smooth.

Could do with extra pillows.

A nice quiet location with outdoor seating and good air conditioning.

The bed was very uncomfortable. Upon inspection it appears to have only been a box springs with a thin mattress pad on top of it. Extremely hard. No mattress on the bed frame. Not acceptable.
