"Great host and good clean property.outside pool was as it is in the pictures supermarket next door"

Host was excellent nothing was too much trouble. Helped with taxis and good recommendations for food

Slightly dated inside however we had a private pool and the outside was amazing. Very clean throughout

Der Schlussel steckte in der Türe. Einfacher gehts nicht. Die Lage in Kolympia ist sehr gut gelegen, man kommt überall schnell hin. Kolympia selber ist auch nicht schlecht. Die Pools, sowohl Privat als auch der grosse Pool waren top.

die teils schlechten Bewertungen bei Google haben mir schon sorgen gemacht. Aber es hat sich nicht bewahrheitet. Die Pools könnten mehr Schatten haben (Palmen oder Sonnensegel).

A really lovely room (R110 with our own pool) Modern, spacious, clean. Our little pool was lovely, glad we paid the extra. Fantastic supermarket yards away and the main road buses are convenient.

Paradise Gardens is barely in Kolimbia. It's just off the main road into Rhodes. Very noisy with road traffic and it does keep you awake at times. It's a 30 minute walk into Kolimbia resort where the bars and restaurants are, plus side it's a Very well lit road and the pavements are good. Stunning eucalyptus tree's. We had no idea this accommodation wasn't in Kolimbia resort as the other reviews say the location is excellent, it is but only for the Rhodes bus route and the supermarket. Should have been a clue with all the food delivery/takeaway leaflets in our room. Ebikes and scooters were for rent near the entrance, if you're brave enough.
