Plakia Beach Apartments

The property is in good condition and has all the facilities needed. The staff were great and very accommodating.

The property is quite tired but has had a light touch renovation but all fittings and furniture are old. There are no fixtures and fittings to make it homely. The only decoration is a dart board, which is random at best. The centre of the house and bathrooms lack ventilation and this is very warm leading to not wanting to be in these areas. The AC in the bedrooms is sufficient but doesn’t cool the rest of the apartment.

Úplně nejvíc je pár kroků zátoka, kde jsme měli soukromí a klid. Ubytování prostorné - velice oceňujeme 2xkoupelna, klimatizace v ložnicích, 2 terasy s výhledem na moře a jedna při vchodu s výhledem na hory. Apartmán je umístěn v klidu - žádný hluk a přitom velice blízko k rušným restauracím s obchodům . Vybaveni apartmánu dostačující . TOP je bazén , který byl jen pro nás - takže přejít si od bazénu na pláž není problém . Prostě úžasné místo, které trošku kazí neuklizené staré věci a nábytek okolo apartmánu - ale to se dá přehlídnout . Moc děkujeme za krásnou dovolenou . Ilona s rodinou .

Tolle Lage, extrem kurzer Weg zum schönen Stand (dort auch ein kleiner freier Bereich ohne teuer zu mietende Sonnenschirme) mit netter Beachbar gleich daneben. Kurze Fußwege in den Ort mit vielen Restaurants. Unterkunft ist trotz der Nähe zur Straße recht ruhig. Drei Balkone, ein kleiner und sehr sauberer Pool mit Liegen und Sonnenschirmen. Fliegengitter an allen Fenstern und Balkontüren. Perfekte Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und schnelle Hilfe bei kleineren Problemen bzw. Beanstandungen oder Wünschen. Persönliche Begrüßung trotz verzögerter Ankunft und späterer Checkout wurde auch ermöglicht.

Leider gab es keine Kaffeemaschine für Pads, Kapseln oder eine klassische Espressomaschine, sondern nur eine zum Aufbrühen von losem Kaffeepulver. Küchenutensilien könnten durchaus etwas umfangreicher sein, aber für einfache Sachen reicht es allemal. Außenrollos an zwei Balkonen waren defekt und konnten in der Zeit unseres Urlaubs auch nicht mehr repariert werden. Dadurch ließ es sich halt nicht komplett abdunkeln. Fenster(Verriegelungen) waren teilweise sehr schwergängig.

Fantastyczny obiekt. Gospodarze bardzo mili i kontaktowi. Pomogli zorganizować transfer z lotniska. W kwietniu w miejscowości i na plaży cisza i spokój. Super miejsce do odpoczynku. Bardzo wygodne łóżka. Powitalne piwo w lodówce uratowało mi życie. Nie ma problemu z godzinami zameldowania i wymeldowania.

We loved the location of the apartment, and the apartment itself was lovely. The hosts were so kind, and nothing too much trouble. Really lovely stay.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr nah am schönen und entspannten Plakia Beach (ca. eine Minute zu Fuß). Mehrere kleine Supermärkte sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Unterkunft war sauber und geräumig. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Die Gastgeber waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
