Ο ιδιοκτήτης είναι πολύ ευγενικός. Είναι στο κέντρο και σε ήσυχη γειτονιά. Είναι καθαρό, καλαίσθητο και έχει πολλές πετσέτες και μπουρνούζια. Έχει καλό κλιματισμό και γρήγορο WIFI. Το κύριο κρεββάτι είναι πολύ καλό και δεν έχει παράθυρα το δωμάτιο να λάμπει ο ήλιος το πρωί.
Το δεύτερο κρεββάτι να γίνει ορθοπεδικό και τα μαξιλάρια πιο βαριά.

La vacanza a Patrasso è andata molto bene, struttura come da descrizione. 5 minuti a piedi dal porto e dalla piazza principale dove ci sono bar ristoranti, Negozi e supermercati. Consigliato per qualche giorno fuori porta
Una lavatrice sarebbe stata utile, una piastra per cucinare più nuova e più forniture soprattutto posate. Il resto tutto davvero molto bene

Το διαμερισμα ηταν σε πολυ καλη τοποθεσια στο κεντρο της Πατρας με αμεση προσβαση στα σημεια ενδιαφεροντος, οι παροχες ηταν ικανοποιητικες καθως και η επικοινωνια με τον οικοδεσποτη.
Το τηλεφωνο του μπανιου δεν εχει αρκετη πιεση οποτε δεν μπορει να χρησιμοποιηθει επαρκως (μπορει να γίνει χρήση μόνο της κεντρικης ντουζιέρας). Το σημα του wifi ηταν αρκετα αδυναμο.
