Cozy and Stylish Apt Next to Stamba and Rooms

Apartment was clean and comfortable, warm and very bright because of big windows. The black room in bathroom was closed and didn’t bother anyone. Hostess was nice and cooperative. Perfect location, but with one disadvantage.

The apartment is located in a very lively neighborhood; it can get quite noisy at night due to parties and raves at the nearby bars on weekends.

I like location very much

Price - it is too much for that, Also Aircon - it cannot make cold when warm and it cannot make warm when cold outside. piece of shit, not a/c... and hot didn't help me with that.

The location of the house was great, but if you were to ask whether it was a good price, that would be debatable. The room was small and lacking furniture. Better options can be found for a more affordable price.

Big and quiet apartment. A great accessibility to bus and metro stations and center places. Comfort was ok and the apartment was clean. Lots of light during the day.

Smell of piss one the entrance and the elevator. There is not enough light in the entrance. It's really creepy. The shower drain was not draining properly and there was bad smell that was coming from it. When we finished our shower, there was about three inches of water left in the shower. We were locked outside for around an hour because the door was not opening one evening. We text the owner but he didn't reply fast enough. Finally, a neighbour open the door. He said that this problem happens sometimes and the that we can entrer from the back door. The owner response was really to slow and not helpful. Miss some equipment in the kitchen (drain for the dishes, towel to dry the dishes and to clean the counter).
