Can I give it 11/10? 10 for the house and the bonus point for the owners. They are really the nicest and most helpful people I've ever met! I couldn't be more happier finding this place for our stay.

where to start… everything from the first to the last moment was simply perfect! first of all, Konstantinos is easily one of the nicest people I’ve ever dealt with while traveling. We never got to meet him (sadly! we would have loved to 😁), but rest assured that whatever you might need he’s there for you. We met his mother, who welcomed us in the house on the day of our arrival, and she’s just the sweetest lady! She let us find some snacks, water, coffee and of course raki! Then she showed us around the house and let me tell you there is everything you could ever need during your stay. Kitchen is very well equipped too, we could make our own fresh orange juice and frappe to enjoy in the morning. Also the apartment was spotless!! There’s a private parking spot right beside the house, we had rented a car so it was perfect. Location is good, quiet in the night and by driving 10mins you can reach Falasarna beach, but I strongly recommend exploring other beaches too. Many nice restaurants in the area too, we had many delicious dinners at sunset. Also I strongly recommend visiting the Boulangerie nearby, it’s just a 5min walk from the apartment. We stopped there literally everyday on the way to/from the beach to get a sweet treat. I could write so much about our experience that this would turn into an essay rather than a review, so I’ll stop here hahah. We truly loved exploring Crete, and we also loved returning to this splendid apartment after each amazing day. It felt like home and Konstantinos and his mother nailed it. Thank you so much ❤️

The villa is nicer than in the photos, the owners are most polite and helpful people ever ❤️. Close to stores, taverns and bakeries, not far from the beautiful beach (best to rent a scooter or car though - the rental store is just around the corner). The area is calm. If you want to relax without noise and crowds, I recommend!

Spacious house, equipped with everything you could possibly need. It was clean and comfortable. The host is friendly and ready to help if needed. The location is perfect if you have a car. Is 8 minutes drive from the beautiful Falasarna Beach, close to an excellent bakery and few very good restaurants. We would definitely recommend this place.

We liked everything. There was a poor dog that barked loudly and constantly every night, though.

Utterly brilliant accommodation. Super clean and well equipped. Close to the beach and numerous tavernas and supermarkets. Will rebook again for sure!. Absolutely 0 complains. Perhaps the best apartment/house you can find on booking.com

We had an overall perfect stay. You got all you need (Nespresso machine, washing mashine, umbrellas and beach towels, hair dryer, etc) in that small house located a few minutes away of driving from the nice Falassarna beach - Constantinos was a great host providing us with information about everything we asked for. Thank you much!

We received a warm welcome. This is a luxurious house in a quiet village. Kissamos and Falasarna are nearby. A huge thank you to the owner and his mother!
