The location is quiet - perfect for early mornng sun on the front balcony and evening sun at the back with a view of the mountains - excellent air-conditioning - beautifully laundered towels changed every three days - Katerina was very friendly and helpful. She brought us figs amd apricots from her garden - she arranged a taxi for us when we left . A hire car is essential. The building has a four person, two bedroom studio as well as one room studios

We had booked a studio on the top floor but the stairs were too much for us in the heat - Katerina carried our suitcases up for us and changed our room, the next morning, to one on the second floor (not too many stairs)

Very clean property, not that easy to find. The landlady pays attention to details. I was surprised to find even new toothbrushes when we arrived, fresh juice, and essentials such as olive oil, coffee, sugar, shower gel.

The sun terrace can not be used in the morning as is no umbrella provided and it is too hot. When I asked her if she has an umbrella she said that the neabers have one and she will give it to us as soon she will get it back, which was not true as we were the only ones on the property. You can communicate with her only is messages, I saw her once very shortly just because we used the back terrace. I was also missing a hose to wash the sand before you go to the apartment. Cleaning is done once a week and we had often too much sand on the floor which was very unpleasant. If the property would have been fully booked we couldn't have had privacy in the morning as we used the back terrace which can be used by the neabers as well and faces the mountains and we couldn't enjoy the sea view
