Niki Apartments

As a family of four we had a really nice stay at this beautiful apartment. The owners were very welcoming and accommodating, and the space was clean and comfortable.

Due to a canalization issue there was a noticeable odour coming from the bathroom, which was a bit off-putting. However the owner is actively working on improving the conditions and we would definitely consider staying here again if the bathroom situation get fixed.

The Host was really really nice

the apartment was wide, clear and decorated in artistic way. All facilities for cooking. the hosts are very kind and like to spend time to talk. Very close to the beach by foot and not far from restaurants.

Nothing... We appreciated a lot

After driving up to a picturesque building with magenta and peach-colored bougainvillea-covered exterior walls, we were warmly greeted by Niki and her family. It’s noticeable that they took care of details to make sure that this place feels like a well-equipped second home. They were very hospitable, offered us a bottle of homemade wine and olive oil, and gave suggestions about places to visit and dine in. One of the best beaches in Crete is a short walk away and there are nice (grocery, patisserie, and jewelry/pottery) stores nearby as well. Their cats and dogs were very friendly and a nice addition to the experience.

Beautiful apartment, clean and comfortable. The owners are very nice people and they were available when we needed their help. The apartment is on a little hill 5 minutes walk from the beach. You can reach Aspros Potamos on foot, ask the owners for directions. Really lovely traditional houses.

The bathroom is small and the light in the bathroom is dim, but I have noticed they are quite common problems all around Crete.

Niki’s apartments are absolutely beautiful with the flowers and garden. Very relaxing and just a short walk to an incredible beach. Close to Tavernas, shops and bars. Kostas the owner is fabulous and his family. I fully recommend here, we will be back for sure.

Good location

Very cozy

Peaceful. We were unlucky and experienced a few days of strong winds which howled through the main door. Wi-Fi was excellent. Niki and family are lovely kind helpful people. Niki even cooked us three lovely meals 😃 and gave us wine and fruit. Thanks.

The short route down to the main road was very steep and not to be attempted in flip flops ! It was okay for us as we were aware of that and had suitable footwear.
