Nice location and views.

The room was very small and the beds were very uncomfortable. The seating area was extremely tiny, the wardrobe too small. The balcony was also disappointing, almost impossible to use.

Located far from tourist towns on the eastern coast of Crete, this small, quiet village features stunning beaches with crystal-clear water and white sand. We had a room with a central sea view, which included a living room with a kitchen and two single beds leading to a terrace, plus a separate bedroom and bathroom. Downstairs, there's a restaurant (the photo shows the rise of the red moon, full moon on July 22, 2024, from the restaurant's terrace). The stay was very successful, but the only thing that needs improvement is the air conditioning. There is one small air conditioner in the living room for all rooms, and unfortunately, it is not sufficient to cool all spaces during the summer temperatures. There's a ceiling fan in the bedroom, but it doesn't help much, so our nights were exhausting and somewhat sleepless due to the high temperature in the room. For this reason alone, I deduct as much as three stars. The rest would be a 10 relative to the price and description.

Air conditioning.

I liked the restaurant. Food was excellent. The staff were lovley, Eva and Nikos were great ! It was also great to have a laundry service.

My wife and I stayed in the one bed apartment and thought it was great. Bed was comfy and enough room for us for a 5 night stay. Staff super friendly and very efficient. Restaurant is excellent.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at LivikoView with my husband and it was an absolutely delightful experience. The apartment was impeccably clean and cute decorated. The kitchenette was well-equipped with everything needed to prepare a quick breakfast or dinner, making our stay even more convenient. Katherina and her husband were incredibly kind and welcoming hosts, ensuring we felt at home from the moment we arrived. The location is ideal, with the beach just a 10-minute away. The village itself is small, quiet, especially in May, providing a perfect retreat for those seeking tranquility. Overall, our stay at LivikoView was wonderful and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and pleasant getaway.

Τhe location was great, the family business staff was friendly and they provided us with anything we needed. The room was clean, and the kitchen was fully equipped for a family with 2 children. The family owns the restaurant below which had good food for its prices.

The bedroom curtains should be a bit darker, if a had to mention something.

Very nice family run the hotel and restaurant - very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is excellent and very reasonably priced - best in Xerocampus by far. We spent 6 nights in a double room, good air con and everything worked well, plenty of hot water and a good shower.

I’m being picky here but pictures on booking.com were a bit misleading - pictures suggest you get a kitchen/dining area, you don’t.
