View and sound of the sea. Parking lot. Owner's friendliness.

I didn't like the room(s). The interior was very cheap and overall kitsch. The lighting was very garish and too bright. I did not feel comfortable. It was also not soundproof and you could hear the water running through the pipes when someone from upstairs was taking a shower. That was very bothersome. I paid around 80 euros for a night and I find this too expensive for what's been offered. Yes, it's right next to the sea but that's about it. The area is nothing special, the building next door is a construction area. In my opinion, it was not worth it and I would not stay there again. Nonetheless, I have to say that that the owners were frienldy and courteous but I have to be honest with my review.

We really enjoyed the view! The location was good for a calm stay, though it was a bit away from the city centre of Kiato. We stayed two nights and the hosts were really welcoming.

The bathroom was very small and uncomfortable in an apartment of four people, plus the one of the two bedrooms was also a bit uncomfy.
