Наипрекраснейшие арендаторы, очень быстро ответили, когда я забронировал, я стоял уже в аэропорту, а предыдущие арендаторы не выходили на связь. По приезду меня встретила тетя Белла, она же меня расселила и рассказала где и что я могу посмотреть в Тбилиси, где покушать, где получить сим карту и прочее. Номер очень уютный, можно заехать как с семьей, так и одному. Если планируете поездку в Тбилиси, бронируйте у тети Беллы не задумываясь!)

This is a wonderful place to stay! The apartment has everything you need, is in a great location, and is run by great people. Nino and his mom are great hosts. They were very responsive—they replied very quickly to all of my questions and requests. I'd definitely stay here again.

very convinient location and very kind owner. the room had a full, well equipped kitchen with washing machine. easy access from the street and spacious entrance area next to with a table and chair area and the large double bed.

The hosts are very hospitable. Location is very good. Recommend.

The apartment is nice and cosy

The owner wasn't answering the phone nor my messages. When I arrived, the neighbor told me the apartment isn't available because they were painting. The property shouldn't be listed if it's not available. I had to come back hours later because they had to get it ready with the painting. Also there was no toilet paper, I had to buy my own. I never met the owner and he wasn't responsive, I was disappointed by the quality as he doesn't take his responsibilities seriously.

Very grateful for the wonderful accommodation in Tbilisi! Everything was great. Super welcoming and friendly hosts. Great studio with everything you need. Kitchen, air conditioning, TV, washing machine. Convenient location in the center of Tbilisi. Near metro, shops, cafes. Thanks!
