The apartment offered exceptional value for money. Check‑in was smooth and professional, and the location is excellent with supermarkets, transport, and everything you need within walking distance. For travellers who don’t mind some city noise, the proximity to the main road is actually convenient. Overall, the apartment is well equipped and provides a comfortable base for exploring Tbilisi.

The property needs closer attention to cleaning, especially the washing machine, which had a strong moldy smell. We also experienced a prolonged water outage, though this was a district‑wide issue unrelated to the apartment itself. In fact, the apartment hosts prepped the outage by providing emergency non-potable water tanks. Noise from the main road may be a concern for sensitive sleepers. With a bit more attention to cleanliness, the stay would have been close to perfect.
