"Good value for money, basic expectations are met"

Very nice and quiet location. Ideal if you have a dog to take around for long walks. Nice beaches to visit with your own car (you need a car for this property). Bakery within 1,5 km. Biggest city with supermarkets etc. within 3-4km (Amaliada). Famous Kourouta beach is 10 min away.

Rooms need a bit of maintenance, however maybe they didn't have time to maintain them yet because we visited quite early in the season.

We stayed there because we could not find somewhere else. The room had a weird smell, was old, and definitely was not value for money. I understand that the demand during this period was high (it was a public holiday), but the price was not reasonable.

Short drive to Kourouta beach. Quiet area. Very kind and helpful host.

No shops of any kind in walking distance. No privacy at all when sitting outside, apartments are built next to each other.

Lovely country location ; in the middle of nature. Air conditioned clean unit

The toilet was not behaving well. Not good for public transport
