Sea Dream

This little house was a fabulous base for our 6-day stay in wonderful Sami. It was comfortable, clean, and very well-equipped with everything you might need during your stay (although we could perhaps have done with beach towels, but we didn't ask if they provided them beforehand). Fotini, who met us to hand over the keys on both check-in and check-out was very friendly and helpful. She comes every day to tend to the plants in the lovely garden at the back of the house. All the restaurants are on your doorstep, and Karavomilos Beach is steps away to cool down in the water. There is a handy ramp at the front of the house to wheel large suitcases up and down, which also makes it wheelchair accessible (although it is quite a steep ramp). TIPS: - Take your own beach towels. The cheapest beach towels we found were 13 Euros in Sami. - The beach and into the water is made up of large pebbles, so would suggest wearing aqua shoes. They cost around 12 Euros to buy in the town. - We took a picture of the washing machine dial in the house and uploaded it to ChatGPT which translated the settings for for us - very useful. - We ate at Limanaki, Deco, Karnagio, Il Familia, Mediterrano, To Paxati, and The Mermaid, and had a fabulous meal at every one. (We also ate at the restaurant (Acron) at Antisamos beach and food was ok.) - The most comfortable chairs at any of the restaurants was at Il Familia. - All restaurants along the front will have amazing views of the sunset. - A taxi to Antismos Beach is 15 Euros each way. We asked the taxi driver to come back for us at a certain time.

Our second stay here was as perfect as the first. Sea Dream is extremely comfortable, like home from home and in a most delightful situation right opposite the locals harbour. We loved watching the little fishing boats leave and return. The road between is generally very quiet so it's a peaceful spot, yet very close to beautiful waterside restaurants set under the eucalyptus trees in one direction and a quiet locals beach with lovely clear water in the other (less than 2 mins) Fotini and Elena are just perfect hosts and respond immediately to every need. We hope to return again.

The property was right on the sea front with in 5 minute walk to the center of Sami. One of the best beaches anti Sami beach is 15 min drive away. The villa had a fully equipped kitchen including a microwave which I haven’t experienced elsewhere. The host left milk and juice in the fridge together with condiments of cracker bread and jam. There was ample space to relax and a garden in the backyard where she grows her own vegetables. There was a tv with Netflix, prime and others Avalon each room. Air conditioning in every room too. Fotini was lovely, friendly and very accommodating.

The House is perfectly furnished with all you need to make comfortably your stay. It is located in front of small Harbor in a quit place.

Loved everything, from the individual style, cleanliness & comfort of the property, to the excellent level of amenities and it's proximity to everything we needed. Fotini went above and beyond to provide us with an exceptional holiday home, and was always available for help and advice. Waking up to that gorgeous view was the icing on the cake!

The property was amazing, couldn’t fault it at all and Fotini was extremely helpful and made us feel very welcome. The additional touches of essential provisions on arrival and fresh fruit and veg from the garden during the week were a super surprise..

excellent hosts, very clean, easy parking, close to restaurants.
