Great central location. Very clean and comfortable. Beautifully decorated. Tia was great and arranged a taxi to pick us at the nearby square at short notice, all via WhatsApp, which was so handy Tia was available to answer any queries we had. Beth and Alexandria very helpful with our luggage storage. Would highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to stay there next time we’re in the area.
Shower needed attention as wasn’t working properly, but to be fair we only stayed for 2 nights and let them know on our departure so it could be addressed for the next clients. 10 a.m. check out time was a bit too early, we felt 11 a.m. would be a more reasonable time. We could leave our bags in their office 2 streets away, which was handy.
