Top Oia

Amazing location, great AC. The host was fantastic and helpful

Posizione strategica, centrale, a pochi passi dalla fermata del bus, dalle famose Tre cupole, e dai servizi tra cui farmacia, minimarket e ristoranti. Questo permette di rientrare comodamente più volte al giorno per una doccia o cambiarsi d'abito. L'appartamento é spazioso, ben arredato e pulito, con tavolo all'aperto con ombrellone e ampio tavolo in cucina. Mohamed é di una gentilezza assoluta, mi é venuto a prendere alla fermata per mostrarmi la strada, é sempre stato disponibile fornendomi tutte le info di cui necessitavo, attento a farmi sentire a casa con un amico a cui rivolgermi.

In cucina non c'è il piano cottura ma l'importante era avere le stoviglie per preparare almeno piatti semplici. In casa ci sono 3 specchi per il volto ma sarebbe utile 1 specchio a figura intera, perché a Santorini ci si va anche per "fare le foto" 😉

Poziția

The apartment was very nice, in the typical architectural style of the island, with all the necessary to stay in comfort. The position is excellent, in the centre of Oia. Mohamed, the Manager of Top Oia, has been a perfect host, and gave us all the information about where to eat traditional Greek food and about where to go to the sea and what to see in the rest of the island. I would like to come again in Santorini and I'm sure I would choose Top Oia again.

Fantastic view from the 2 balconies. Can see sunrise and sunset from a certain spot on the balcony.

Kitchen allows only very simple use

Everything. The location is beautiful. It’s in its own private oasis. The host Mohamed was such a delight and very understanding. He was the nicest person we met in Greece.

Absolutely nothing. It was beautiful.

The location, and the two terraces on each side of the room. It is located at the heart of Oia, between the two blue-domed churches. The views from the terraces are great, and one can click nice photos.

We didn't like anything except the location. The list is endless. But to name a few: 1. The room is small, and does not feel like refreshing inside the room. 2. The beds are not comfy (especially the single bed) 3. A bathroom of size 4ft × 5ft - which houses a basin/sink, a commode seat, and a tiny place for bath (covered by a curtain that touches the commode seat) 4. In the name of a table in the room, there is one wooden plank of size 1ft × 5 ft 5. We have booked 5 properties during our stay in Greece, it is the only property to charge us a security deposit (although returned, a very poor experience) 6. Again, the only property to charge us for changing the towels. 7. Only property to ask us switching off the geyser MCBs (come one geysers have auto cut-off facilities), and the light automatically turns off when we leave the room 8. Only place, where we were without water and light for 1-2 hours (I don't care what the issue was, we have paid for our stay). 9. No amenities as such - no cook top, no washing machine. The kettle, and the dishes/cutlery were smelly. 10. On top of all these, it was the most expensive place we booked (Eur 310 per night !), with smallest window for cancelation (approx 1 month before the stay whereas it was usually 3-4 days for the other apartments) In one sentence, "waste of money" would be an understatement.
