L'emplacement est vraiment très pratique proche de la plage et du vieux centre. Le logement est très bien équipé et propre. La terrasse est fantastique ! Même si c'est en ville, le logement est calme. Tout est parfait.

Katerina met us at the apartment and was very helpful with suggestions. She lives in the building and is very quick to answer any questions. The apartment is very nice and the terrace is the star of the show! We spent time every day out there enjoying the view. The location is very good. Everything you need is within walking distance: restaurants, grocery store, beach. It is about a 15 minute easy walk into the Old Town but there are also plenty of restaurants closer. Rethymno is a great location to have as a base to explore the island. We love Crete and Areti seaview residence. Meg and Chris

The water pressure was inconsistent.

"Amazing rooftop terrace and friendly host"

Apartment is cozy and comfortable, located almost in the historic center and also close to the sea, has an amazing terrace. Parking place is a great addition. The host is very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay a lot!

"Great outdoor area and view"

Fantastic outdoor area for relaxation and view over marina. Easy walk to old town. Quiet

Erratic water pressure understandable on 5th floor. Also elevator to 4th floor then walk stairs to 5th(didn't worry us but some might find that difficult)

The tidiness of this very nice and cosy flat The proximity of the old town The car park in the residence The wonderfull terrace with the sea view The kindness of Katerina our host : she bought a bathroom scale especially for us to allow us to check our luggage weight

The apartment has a great view and it’s very quiet. It has all you need to spend a beautiful vacation. The host is very very nice and communicative. We will definitely return here and recommend this place to all our friends.
