location, staff, responsiveness, good size, nice looking

some pillows smelled moldy, ants were re-occurring but they did come to spray them but didn't clean up the dead ants, "jacuzzi" is cold, not heated, keys were not labeled note: the owner did help with all the issues that we told him about. he would no doubt have replaced the pillows if we had told him about them, he was fantastic.
