Iliovasilema Apartments

Our 2nd time at this place, says it all. This time we had a smaller room but it has everything you need. Happy with our stay.

Nothing really, we came back because it was perfect the first time.

Nettes Personal, alles Top. Super Ausstattung gerne wieder. Es gibt sogar kleine Essenssachen wie Wasser und Snacks oder Zwieback, Marmelade, Margarine und Weintrauben. Das hat uns sehr gefreut.

Wir hatten plötzlich junge Mädels als nachtbarn welche ständig lautstark gekichert und sich unterhalten haben das ging teilweise bis nach 0 Uhr in die Nacht rein und früh am Morgen um kurz nach 7 wieder los. Trotz ohrstöpsel sind die Wände etwas hellhörig. Dafür kann der Vermieter der Ferienwohnung nichts wenn seine Gäste so unachtsame idioten sind. Das Wetter kann manchmal etwas windig sein.

Super studio, idéalement situé pour rejoindre la plage d'Elafonisi en quelques minutes de voiture tout en étant au calme avec une jolie vue sur le monastère depuis la terrasse. 2 restaurants et mini-market accessible à pied.

There was welcome fruit which was nice. the room was big and had everything i needed. The hotel is very close to Elafonisi beach and restaurants. There was also a market across the street. The parking area was big and clean. The town overall is quiet and peaceful which was perfect for having a nice place to stay to do the beaches during the day. There is no town/center to explore so unless you plan to visit Elafonisi for several days you only need 1-2 nights in the area because the other beaches are not close and the road to get there is very windy.

I got it late since there was not a host to greet me. I didn't see the point of rushing to the hotel if no one was going to be there to show me around the property and room. The keys were relatively easy to retrieve overall but the security light kept turning off and I had to move and wait for the light to turn on to continue getting the keys out. Also the door didn't latch when you closed the door. It took my about 5 minutes to figure out that I had to slam the door to get it to latch which I'm sure the neighbors did not appreciate. I have the feeling their doors had the same problem because I often heard slamming of doors. Also the door handle appeared to be slowly breaking because I could see the parts were loose and spinning around causing the door closing process to take a long time. The room key was severely bent so it was also hard to slide into the mount to turn on the light.

Belle appartement avec une très belle vue sur mer et monastère. Le lit est très confortable. Propreté exemplaire et le plus fruits et tout le nécessaire pour le petit déjeuner.

Bella camera con cucina attrezzata e basket frutta ..marmellate x colazione. Macchina caffe’. Terrazzo molto grande con tavolo e vista sul monastero e mare. A 5 minuti d’auto da Elafonissi Beach. Buona la taverna di fronte a Kosmos.

240€ due notti ..per la camera ..vista ..terrazzo ok.....per il periodo forse un po' troppo.

L'appartamento è grazioso.

La poca professionalità dei proprietari e l'assenza di una persona di riferimento in loco. I proprietari abitano a Chania, ad un'ora e mezzo di distanza. Quindi qualunque cosa succeda, un malfunzionamento o la perdita della chiave, non si sa a chi rivolgersi perché non c'è nessuno in loco. A me inoltre è capitato di dimenticare qualcosa dopo la partenza, ho subito telefonato alla proprietaria ma non mi ha mai risposto e quando finalmente sono riuscita a comunicare tramite messaggio mi ha accusata di aver fatto il numero sbagliato e non mi ha dato nessuna assistenza. Mai incontrato in Grecia persone così poco professionali!

Duży, przestronny, idealny dla naszej trójki (dziecko 4 lata), dobrze wyposażony apartament z dużym tarasem, z którego mieliśmy piękny widok zachodzącego słońca na tle morza i klasztoru. Idealna lokalizacja jeśli myślisz o plażowaniu - niedaleko Elafonisi, Kedrodasos czy White Lake Beach. W pobliżu dobrze wyposażony sklep oraz tawerny z fantastycznym jedzeniem. Dodatkowo właścicielka - bardzo miła i sympatyczna Pani dbająca o każdy szczegół pobytu, przede wszystkim o porządek. Jeśli marzysz o wypoczynku to tak - to miejsce nadaje się idealnie! Dziękujemy z całego serca za ten wspaniały czas!
