Very nice and relaxing place with view on the sea and on Monemvasia. Beach less than 5min walking

Really spacious apartment, well equipped, two bathrooms, lovely pool and great views of Monemvasia. Maria was very attentive and really helpful.

Just the shower in the ensuite bathroom - the showerhead didn't fit onto the wall so you have to hold it- this would be easy to fix! :)

Great Apts with a pool attached. It wasn't busy so it felt like you had your own pool. Nice complex with a large terrace to sit outside in the evening.

There was a pool. The pool was warm.

The property lied that they are beachfront. There is no beach in front of the apartment, only a fence and tall grass. The beach is accessible only by driving with a car and is NOT in front of the property. The pictures make it look also like there is a beach right where the house is, but it is in fact tall grace which is fenced off. The property was also listed as Beachfront which is a blatant lie and misrepresentation as it is not. Therefore it is grossly overpriced as it is a regular apartment which is NOT beachfront. When we asking booking.com and the property for a partial refund they refused. Bookijg was only able to give us 25 euro from a price of 800 euro for 3 nights. The AC in the living room did not work. It was very hot.

Very basic kitchen set up.....minimal kitchen equipment. Apartment was damp....including linen on the beds. Beds very uncomfortable and hard
