Boutique at Historic Centrum-with free parking

We had a very pleasant stay. The apartment was spacious, clean, nicely decorated and well equipped. Excellent location, very close to everything and most importantly - convenient parking spot. Our host was very kind, quick to respond and accommodating. We would definitely recommend the place and we will seek it out next time we plan to visit Ioannina.

Perfect central location of the room with lots of facilities.It also had a big fridge, very effective aircondition, and the Christmas decoration with the big Christmas tree was a surprise.The host was very friendly, he provided us with any info we asked for and we will be happy to visit his room whenever again in Ioannina. Ohhh I forgot the gift of a bottle of red wine and the box of local sweets that we were offered!!

Location is super. It’s near the town center and the lake. It’s also within walking distance to the bus terminal.

Bathroom is a little tight for towels and clothes.

Everything was great: the position, very central, with charming and quiet surroundings, the private parking, the interiors design, the warm welcome, the attention to the details and the kindness and efficiency of Alexis.

Alexios, our host, was exceptional in making our stay in Ioannina a fantastic experience. He typifies "filoxenia". The apartment is in the old quarter close to walls and the waterfront. Beautifully presented, great apartment, great location. We will definitely stay there again.

Great little apartment in a perfect position to discover Ioannina and surroundings. Alexis was a very nice host and always available. We highly recommend this place to everyone who wants to visit this beautiful city!

Kitchen equipment could be a bit more and a third chair would be great.
