"Clean, comfortable, convenient, easily accessible and good value for money."

Extremely convenient for someone attending a conference at Macedonia Palace hotel, which is only a 2 minute walk away, at a much more affordable price. The flat has got sll the facilities that really make you feel like your at home.

"Ok apartment, host seemed nice. Nothing spectacular."

Overal it was ok, no problems, not great but not bad either.

Some things need to be replaced or repaired. The shower head is old, the toilet lid is broken, some basic kitchen utensils are missing and most of the pots or pans are scratched. The sofa bed is not good, it's very small, uncomfortable and doesn't smell fresh. TV doesn't have an option to log into Netflix to similar.

Excellent location, beautiful apartment, nice and reachable landlords. Definitely worth the price. If I come back.to Thessaloniki I will book this apartment again.

Some facilities need maintenance, e.g. the toilet lit.
