Pavliani House

The apartment is very nice and well decorated. The heating worked very well which was comfortable. The region is beautiful and it was easy to park.

It wasn't clear who the person(s) in charge were, the persons we picked up the key from weren't particularly nice. The wood stove made a lot of smoke and the flat smelled of smoke for the entire two days. The overhead shower was broken and the support for the other one fell at the first touch. There were at least three scent diffusers which made the whole place smells very strongly. The flat is on the first floor and quite dark.

Very spacious and confortable

No soundproof at all. You can hear everything from the next door rooms and also from outside. Also all the doors have problem on closing, locking etc

Very beautiful industrial interior design and lighting, excellent heating and well equipped kitchen. Convenient living room and very good location in the middle of the village. Also very convenient location as a mini market shop and a cafe / bar is directly bellow of the apartment. We didn't met in person the manager of the apartments but in general the communication was excellent and we didn't have any issue at all. In our case the keys were waiting for us on the doors so we didn't lose any time with smart lockers or keys to get inside. Not the most secure but really convenient! The beds are good enough and our stay in overall was very pleasant. The location and the attractions as well as the shops / cafes / tavern around the village is amazing. Highly recommended!

The bathroom is very small and not in the best condition. Especially the toilet bowl position is so tight! Sound insulation is very basic, you can hear loud speaking from other apartments at the leaving room and especially of people passing through the entrance corridor, but in the bedrooms is fine. For those who are looking a very quiet room I wouldn't recommend it. One of the nights we stayed there, the bar under the apartment had a live concert and the music was very loud. However, I don't know how frequently this happens.

Good location, spacious apartment.

For the price we paid, we expected more. There is zero sound proofing, so we could hear everything happening around. Average cleanliness in the kitchen and the small bathroom smelling weird. Lamps missing lightbulbs, humidity through the walls. Unfortunately, the experience didn't match the price.
