Lokalizacja w centrum, a mimo to dość cicho. Duży taras. Wygodne łóżko i duża rozkładana kanapa. Duża kuchnia.

Kuchnia miała ograniczone wyposażenie a patelnia była calkiem zniszczona. W mieszkaniu nie było miotly ani mopa a zarządca zapytany o miotlę odpisałam wyłącznie informacyjnie, że jej nie ma. Przy 10 dniach pobytu na podłodze zbiera się sporo piasku wiec powinno to być na wyposażeniu. Mieszkanie było też posprzątane po wierzchu a taras na pewno nie był w ogóle myty przed naszym przyjazdem.
