"Great location for our needs but the appartment was poor."

Location very good for us . Cleaner very efficient, friendly and approachable . Hot water consistently good

General internal appearance pretty awful. One bed particular short of slat supports . Kitchen poorly equipped. Wifi unreliable . Little comfortable seating.

Internet did not work on smart phone and it did not work on MAC computer either as the link was not secure; needed a WPA-2 password; so its seems internet needs upgrading.

the location is perfect, in the middle of the old town, very close to restaurants and shops. Big place with everything we needed, would definitely stay at Katrina's next time we'll be in Rethymno. Also, very close to Stella's Kitchen were we ate delicious home made food every day.

push a button and wait for some minutes for the hot water to come, but didn't bother us at all.
