The room was great and worth every cent!

The only shortcoming is the slow wifi speed. This may or may not be an issue depending on individuals.

Roomy, safe, hot water, clean, kind host.

Coffee maker could be upgraded.

Great location to walk to everything. Very easy check in and host is fast with answering questions.

The apartment is spacious and very bright. It is well-equipped, and it covered everything we needed during our stay. The location is great, close to the center and 20 minutes walk from the archeological site of Sparta

Even though it can technically host 5 people, one of the beds in the sleeping room is a double bed, which can be too small for 2 people.

Plus: The flat gets a lot of air and sunshine. It looks and smells clean and is in a quiet residential neighbourhood. The kitchen is roomy, well lit and well equipped (cooker, microwave, fridge, pots, crockery, cutlery etc). There is a washing machine. The host is polite and eager to help.

Minus: The property advertises two double beds; in fact only one of them was double. The other was only about 120 cm wide (less than 4 feet). I do not recommend it for two + two adults. Thankfully, our host sent someone to make the sofa bed on our second night. There was no breakfast. In fact there were hardly any consumables, except for some instant coffee, sugar and a few bottles of water in the fridge. There is no clothes' dryer, but pegs are provided and there's a clothes' rack in the back balcony. The living room is too large, while the bedrooms and bathroom are cramped. The result is a huge empty space which is hard to heat or cool. The flat's atmosphere is not cosy or relaxing, but that's not what one is looking for when on vacation. It's simply a nice, clean place to shower, sleep and drop off one's bags.

Nice location. Near town square and monuments. Well kept apartment. Nice facilities.
