The air con is good, internet strong

Not 3 separate bedrooms as advertised. 1 single room and an alcove with double bed screened from living room by a curtain/blind and 1 pull out sofa with no matress. Tiny basic bathroom and kitchen Accommodation is ok but only really suitable for 3 people max.

Apartman is comfy with beautiful balcony and has everything you need.. The owner is simply the best, you can rely on him if in trouble, always there to help, it means a lot

Pretty nice place if you somehow can ignore the fact that an apartment above in the building was being demolished.

Woke up with my newborns crying at 8 in the morning from the Renovation Works on an apartment just above. We felt like the building was hit by rocket or something because they were removing internal walls of the other apartment. It is the owners responsibility to notify us and it was announced to them 2 weeks before our stay. THEY KNEW and DID NOT CARE. Owner DID NOT notify us. They DID NOT wanted to compensate. They WERE RUDE when I sent them the public announcement on the entrance of the building.. announcing the works in progress, that they should have notified as for. They did NOT OFFERED to extend the checkout for a few hours until we rent the replacement apartment, we stayed anyway. They expected us to leave by 11.00 when we woke up from the noise at 8. How ridiculous is that? When you cannot sleep, it is not a place to rent.

Well equiped flat, 10 minutes walk from the sea and nice local restaurants. We found free parking spots nearby, which is quite difficult in Thessaloniki, so extra points for that.

The bathroom is not the most confortable one, but there is hot water and a decent shower.
