We were greeted by a very nice and friendly hostess, despite the fact that we arrived very late. The villa is in a very beautiful location, surrounded by gardens, mountains, thermal springs very close, 5 minutes by car. The territory is very well maintained. The apartments are clean and cozy with everything you need, both for overnight stays and for long stays. Parking is free and is located directly on the territory of the villa. Nearby there are restaurants where unexpectedly delicious homemade wine. We will definitely come back and recommend it to our friends!

L'hôte est très gentil. La chambre était propre, serviette, petit gel douche, petit chaussons à disposition. L'emplacement est situé proche des restaurants, superette a environ 600m. L'accès aux thermes est à proximité cependant une voiture reste indispensable. L'hôte nous a offert de la brioche délicieuse. Le coin est agréable.

L'accès au parking, la voiture touche au dessous. La bétonnière et les travaux sur le site des 7h du matin. Il aurait sympa de penser au confort des hôtes et de faire les travaux a partir de 9h. Nous venons nous reposer. Le manque d équipement en cuisine. Aucune épices, sel,poivre, café, sucre a disposition, c'est assez rare dans ce type d établissement. 1 petite cuillère, 1 couteau pour deux. Pas de torchon pour essuyer la vaisselle. Manque de rangement. La connexion wifi très mauvaise.

Conveniently located on the main road of Loutraki, this welcoming, family-run accommodation offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. The room features a kitchenette and a modern bathroom, while the shared patio with swing chairs and a spacious outdoor table adds a charming touch. With individually adjustable room temperature and thoughtful amenities throughout, it’s an excellent choice for your visit to the area.

One small note regarding the renovated bathroom: the fixed shower head can be a bit impractical, especially for children. Adding a handheld option would make it more convenient.

Ευγενέστατοι και φιλόξενοι άνθρωποι με διακριτικότητα, ο χώρος ανακαινισμένος και εξοπλισμένος με τα απαραίτητα, και το μέρος δίπλα στα λουτρά Πόζαρ που ήταν ο αρχικός μας προορισμός!

Μικρός χώρος, κακός σχεδιασμός στην τουαλέτα

Το δωμάτιο ήταν πεντακάθαρο, πολύ ζεστό από θέμα θέρμανσης, με καλόγουστα έπιπλα, ωραία χρώματα και η τοποθεσία του ξενώνα ήταν εξαιρετική. Θα το επέλεγα ξανά!

Θα προτιμουσα να ειχε ντουζιέρα στο μπανιο, αντι για μπανιερα.
