Przestronny apartament z 3 osobnymi sypialniami (2 łóżka podwójne, 2 pojedyncze) i dużym salonem z jadalnią z 2 dużymi stołami. Łazienka plus dodatkowa toaleta. 3 balkony o łącznej powierzchni ok. 50 m2. Apartament bardzo dobrze wyposażony, były nawet 2 dodatkowe poduszki o innej twardości niż standardowe. Dla każdego po 2 ręczniki - duży i mały + podstawowe małe kosmetyki. Na miejscu jest pralka, żelazko, zmywarka, suszarka do włosów. Klimatyzacja w każdym pokoju. Czekało na nas też powitalne wino, woda i lód w zamrażarce 😊 Dobra lokalizacja - blisko do centrum, morza, dworca, sklepu spożywczego Syn.ka. Uliczka z tych spokojniejszych, można wieczorem posiedzieć na balkonie i spać przy otwartym oknie. Nie ma trąbienia, krzyków, knajp otwartych do nocy. Apartament na drugim piętrze, są schody i mała winda. Gospodarz bardzo miły i pomocny. Podzielił się listą rekomendowanych miejsc, skorzystaliśmy też z możliwości wypożyczenia samochodu. Pierwszy raz zdarzyło się tak, że apartament był lepszy niż na zdjęciach i w opisie. Bardzo polecamy i dziękujemy za gościnę 😊

Po drugiej stronie ulicy budowany jest Hilton, pracownicy są od 8 rano. Wstawaliśmy wcześniej, więc nam to nie przeszkadzało, ale jak ktoś lubi dłużej pospać to jednak okno trzeba zamknąć 😉

This is a well equipped, comfortable apartment, with three bedrooms, two rooms with queen beds and one room with two twins. There are balconies on the two street facades, and a large living/dining area. The kitchen works well, and the owner met us and gave us a helpful tour (in fluent English), explaining the function of the various machines and appliances. We used the clothes washer, and it works well. There are 1.5 bathrooms, none en suite. The full bathroom is large, with a walk in shower. The location of the apartment is excellent; just outside the city walls and easy to access by car. In March, parking was available in the block in front of the building. I suspect it will not be as easy in the high season. New hotels are going up on the sea front, a block from the apartment, indicating the desirability of the location, but partially blocking the sea view. A very small fly in a beautiful ointment. This is a great apartment for a family wanting to visit Chania, which is a truly beautiful city.

By American standards, the apartment is on the 3rd floor (second by European standards). There is a small elevator, which works well, but is up six steps from the street. This is a normal design for Europe, but not convenient if you're in a wheel chair. For us, it was no problem.

L’emplacement est idéal et il y a beaucoup d’espace de vie et de 3 belles chambres. Terrasse et équipements en général ( wifi, air co, etc)une vue sur mer.commerces, vielle ville, restaurants et plage à proximité. Point de départ pour excursions en transport en commun ou en voiture.

Het appartement is heel ruim en schoon.

Alles was perfect. Het enige wat jammer was is dat er op de hoek werd gebouwd waardoor er een deel van het mooie uitzicht wordt weggenomen en er iets lawaai was in de ochtend

My friends and I loved everything about this apartment - the location, the facilities, cleanliness were all excellent. The host, Yiannis, was so helpful and gave us lots of information on the area, places to eat and arranged a taxi for our return to the airport. He even went out of his way to locate my friend's lost phone and posted it on to her. We've been on a lot of holidays and he is definitely the best host to date.

Everything!! Spectacular huge apt with ocean view, huge wrap around porch, lift, short walk to Old town and fisherman’s wharf. Shower hot, great mattress, well stocked kitchen, beautifully decorated-all the comforts of home. Our host greeted us with wine, Raki and his warm personality and great recommendations, let us check out late because he didn’t need apt, helped us with bags and parking which was a little tricky because there is construction on the street below but didn’t bother us. Found easy parking everyday. One of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed in!
