Manthos Sea View

The owner was nice. Thé Room had sea view .

The room was nice but should be more equipped. The internet connection was terrible.

The house is in the first row by the sea and you constantly hear the sound of the waves. You have a nice view from the terrace. The owner is very kind. The apartment is modestly furnished, but we asked for what we lacked and got it. Everything is very clean, apartment, bed linen, towels. The surroundings are peaceful, very quiet and pleasant for a relaxing holiday.

The kitchen is very modestly equipped. The furniture in the kitchen is old and shows water damage. There was a stale smell in the apartment when we arrived, which fortunately dissipated after we kept it open for a few hours.

Lovely, little village, very quiet, mostly local residents and only few tourists, the hotel is located few meters from the shore, however getting the nearest beach takes about 10 minutes walk. The sea view is guaranteed and the access to the sea as well. The host was very nice, allowed us to stay after check out hours to have enough time for breakfast and packing our stuff.

The bathroom is really tiny. There is no bicycle hire shop in the village. As long the public transport is not great in the area, it would be really good to have the bicycle to ride around. We had to order the taxi to Methana ( 25 EUR one way). Some local drives offered us the lift too, which we of course accepted.
