Lovely apartment. Very spacious.

Better communication and information about Tinos.

The host was brilliant. Alexandra has met me on arrival and allowed to store my luggage until I was able to check in. My friends arrived to Tinos a few days later and needed a place to stay after their host (at a different place) has cancelled on them. Alento was able to rescue us at the last minute and even helped us to shuffle the apartments to accommodate my friends mum's need to stay at the ground level. I was working remotely for a few days and the wifi was good most of the time.

Was welcomed at the entrance and given a run through of the apartment. Nice reception.

Great location, small walk from the centre of Tinos town. Quiet as it's one street back from the waterfront. Restaurants and bars very close by. Beach within short walking distance. Newly refurbished, very comfortable apartments. Very clean, and kitted out with everything you'd need. We cooked twice while there, and used the washing machine and clothes horse. We accidentally booked an apartment on the 1st floor, thinking it was at ground floor level. And the bedrooms were up another flight of stairs within the 1st floor apt. This wasn't suitable for us as my father has some sight and mobility issues. They were able to move us to a ground floor apartment, smaller, but it absolutely worked for us, as the location was so much better for Dad. There was a sitting area outside with comfortable seats. The lady who greeted us was super friendly, while she did not have any English, we managed to understand each other nonetheless.

A small thing, but there was no servicing of the apartment during our 6-day stay. No bins emptied or towels changed. Once we figured that out, it wasn't an issue. The main bins were very near across the street, and we used the washing machine to clean our towels.

Alexandra is an amazing host. We stayed in the One-Bedroom Deluxe Apartment and it was really nice and very clean. The apartment has literally everything a family of four (2 kids) needs and the kitchen is fully equipped. There is a very nice atmospheric front yard where you can have your dinner or just relax.
