Clean property, great hosts, walking distance from ferry port and from bus station

Clean, in the city, near reasonable parking. Alex was very helpful.

Fridge and freezer drawers were difficult to open

This suite is very comfortable, bright, and spacious. It's conveniently located between the city center and the cruise port, making it easy to go shopping downtown or catch a cruise. The host, Alex, is incredibly friendly and responsive—he was always quick to help with anything we needed.

We were met at the apartment and the check-in process was very smooth.

The location is good and close.

When we arrived, we did not find water in the house. The apartment owner helped, but the water was scarce.We couldn't take a good shower.🥴

This is a fantastic apartment for a holiday in Heraklion. The location is ideal and within quick walks to restaurants, sights, a market, the port, and the bus stop. The apartment was clean, well appointed and even had a nice view of the water and the fort from the front balcony.

The only constructive feedback that we had was that the mattresses were very firm and a little bit uncomfortable.
