The location is perfect with lovely vviews from the terrace. All the shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Very central.

Great location and facilities. It had everything we needed. Great views of Argostoli. The service from the local host was fabulous. I would stay here again.

Parking is limited on the street outside the apartment building.

Really liked the amenities, checking in/out process, and the location was great too. Definitely recommend getting a rental car if you want to get around and see what Kefalonia has to offer. The host was also a pleasure to communicate with.

The bed was slightly uncomfy - but that’s to my personal preference.

Clio the rep. was exceptional. Really good communication and all that was required. Excellent location, very clean, comfy bed, everything you need was in the studio apartment. The furnishings are really good quality and there was a clean/linen change half way through 👍 The terrace I’m sure is one of the best in Kefalonia with fantastic views.

This is a studio, not a one bedroomed apartment. The bathroom is separate but there is only a very small partial wall between the kitchen and bed. Also there are a number of steps to get to it! Despite being informed there are just a few steps from the lift to the apartment, there are actually 6 steps first to get to the lift, then 18 steps from the lift to the studio up a spiral staircase. Not good with suitcases or if you have mobility issues! Also the oven doesn’t work so they have installed a table top oven/grill, which made the kitchen area very cluttered. Lots of gadgets but insufficient space.

Clio, our host, was lovely very helpful. I fractured my ankle whilst away & she was very kind and organised a walking frame and ice packs for me. The views from the terrace were beautiful, it was a shame we could not use it very often due to the workmen.on the roof and the noise of the building work however, it was a great location for exploring Argostoli.

The penthouse was not really luxurious, the decor was basic. However, it was clean. The astrotuff on the terrace was not even edged or fitted correctly. The roof terrace is not private or fenced off, so there were workmen up on the roof fitting solar/heating panels, which was awkward. We could not sit & relax on the terrace as there was too much noise & dust coming from the building work downstairs. We did complain to our host about the noise and was advised it was nothing to do with the Penthouse!!!! It was still very noisy and started early when you just wanted to relax on holiday. I booked this property to enjoy the outside space, to chill & read a book but couldn't do that. The building is a residential property, and there was a property that had young children that also made a lot of noise too. The safe in the wardrobe is not secured, so jot safe!!! I did feel disappointed with our accommodation, but I did love Argostoli and the Island!!
