Ο Σπύρος είναι υποδειγματικός οικοδεσπότης αλλά και εξαιρετικός άνθρωπος πάνω απ' όλα. Πάντα χαμογελαστός και πρόθυμος να παράσχει ό,τι μπορεί. Το σπίτι είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, ήσυχο, άνετο και ευχάριστο. Είναι μία βάση για να περιηγηθεί κανείς την πόλη και τη γύρω περιοχή οποιαδήποτε περίοδο του χρόνου και να νιώθει ότι είναι μόνιμος κάτοικος της Πρέβεζας σε ένα σπίτι που δεν λείπει τίποτα. Επειδή είναι ευρύχωρο είναι ιδανικό τόσο για ένα ζευγάρι όσο και για μία οικογένεια με παιδιά. Μείναμε μία εβδομάδα και με χαρά θα ξανάρθουμε. Προτείνεται ανεπιφύλακτα.

Spiros was there to welcome me and show me all the facilities of his beautiful apartment.For me it is situated in a perfect position in Preveza with the beach five minutes one way and the town 7 minutes the other way.Very clean with very efficient Aircon in both bedrooms and the living room also a well equipped kitchen with an actual oven! There are TVs in both bedrooms and a giant screen in the living room with Netflix and YouTube etc.For the price point it is the best accommodation I have stayed in and I use 20/30 accommodations a year in many places.The WiFi was excellent,I have left a photo of the reading.Very highly recommended.

The apartment is renovated, equipped with new furniture, comfortable beds in a good location. Each room is equipped with a TV and there is a Playstation in the living room. The owner provides a parking space, which is very important in this area for those arriving by car.

The apartment has some minor issues. There are too few wardrobes for clothes, or maybe a hanger for outerwear, and there is also too little light in the bathroom, but the owner declared that he would fix it soon.
