Location perfectly suited my needs, just in front of the sea and close enough to Leonidio and climbing sectors. Inside clean and cozy, equipped with all we needed. Very good contact with the owner.

If I would need to pick one thing - bed mattresses. They are ok, but I would probably consider to replace them in near future. Otherwise all was 5/5

The port is very nice and the property is ideally located.

The owners live below the apartment and had some children who were very loud and playing in the courtyard. When we told them the children playing was bothersome to us because of the noise, they did not do anything and the children kept playing. They played music for the children at the end of the day and it was a shame since the place was so calm and peaceful otherwise.

Beach front, beach beds, good Wi-Fi, big kitchen, commune washing machine under the stairs of the building.

Where do I start? We discovered upon arrival that the apartment was not as described, because one bedroom turned into a warehouse (making it a one bedroom apartment) and the hostess forgot to update the apartment description. Hostess suggested a refund, but since we already arrived, at the last moment there weren’t any available apartments in Sampatiki. After a long long unpleasant argue with the hostess that ruined the entire first day of my vacation (and the reason for 1/10 rate for staff behaviour) she ended up giving us a discount from 145 euros *per night* to 115 euros *per night* which is still a price that’s unheard of in Sampatiki and Leonidio (beach front doesn’t justify it, Sampatiki is a tiny village; the beach is a short walking distance either way) I wish I could say there was all that I disliked. If you’re taking such a high price, apartment should at least be up to standards: The apartment smelled of neglect, you could tell the hostess was not from Greece. *kitchen equipment was dirty - cups with orange thingies in the bottom, kettle full of calc, cutlery was dirty. Dishwasher’s filter should be cleaned because it doesn’t remove all the dirt anymore. * all soaps were 1/10 filled, guessing it won’t be a problem for the next guests. * Sheer linen blanket in the middle of October. Blankets in the closet smelled like they haven’t been cleaned for a while. * Cleaning equipment was left in the middle of the lobby. * Cabinet coffee and etc should be cleaned - there was spider webs and coffee that is hard as a rock because it has been open for a long time. I could go on and on about the cleaning issues but you get it. I’m certainly never coming back.

Fantastic location in a cute little harbour. The apartment is functional and clean. The restaurant and sea makes it perfect after a day of climbing.

Nothing dramatic, we would have liked to have the towel replaced a least once over the week. I could have requested probably but it would have been a nice touch.

location was absolutely superb, it was also super clean and well equipped

one of the appartment had an issue with smell, because of some plumbing issue, but it got reaolved when a plumber came. it was a bit further away from climbing sectors
