My best experience with Booking.com so far. The host was extremely helpful, answered all my questions and complied with all my requests. We arrived late but she waited for us to make sure everything was fine with the key and flat. Everything you might need is within 5 minutes' walk. She had recommendations for parking, places to eat etc. The cold water in the fridge was a very pleasant surprise. The flat itself has everything you might need plus a balcony to enjoy your coffee in the morning. The mattress was very comfortable, which is quite rare. Everything was squeaky clean.

I cannot think of a single thing I did not like. Everything was just perfect.
