Highly recommended Hotel and perhaps the most beautiful and well appointed Hotel in Chania. The place exceeded my expectations. Out of the 10 years I have been in Crete, this Hotel, their service, its location and decor are far above what I have ever experienced in Crete. The hotel is next level and I can only recommend this place to everyone if you want a private and beautiful place to stay. The place deserves + five stars, both for its style and extremely competent staff. I will be back and Avra is from now on the only place I will stay on my trips to Chania.

This apartment was absolutely beautiful. Modern with all the amenities you could want. You’re so close to old town with amazing restaurants and shops within minutes from you. The facilities at the city hotel that provides breakfast were amazing. We also spent two days and their resort and spa which you get free access to. Genuinely an incredible experience!!

Location. Spacious comfortable space with a separate bathroom area that was huge. The shower stall was the best we have encountered in our 14 day stay 4 hotels in Greece. I will miss that shower. It was large, with a shower door and a rainfall shower head. There was a wash and dry 3 minute walk away and lots of restaurants , supermarkets etc nearby

Keypad for outer door - anyone can figure out the code as those are the keys that are worn You have to put on the light to go up and down the stairs but the light is on a timer. Once I was going down the steps and the light went off and I missed a step and tripped There were a few things that needed maintenance but once brought to the attention of management they were rectified Would have been nice to have some guidance / instructions on the operation of coffee maker, stove
