Clean, spacious

The place is large, it has two bedroom, refrigirator, washing machine and everything you actually need. The location is not far from the city center and main areas, and there was a parking. Overall - not a bad choice if you need a place near the city center, though not the most scenic location.

There is no A/C in one of the bedrooms, but a small fan. While it might have been mentioned before, what was not mentioned was how hot the room got in August, making it unusable for us to sleep in at night. We slept with our two kids in the other bedroom that had A/C and in the living room. We think this apartment could easily get a 9 grade with small tweaks, like A/C in the second bedroom, more stable internet connection and a little more focus on the cleaning. Overall - a good choice for Chania.

We felt really at home in Maria's apartment. It was very comfortable and clean, had everything we needed and Maria was very kind and helpful. We particularly enjoyed going to the nearby small shops, the woodfired bakery and the old fashioned cafe on the corner, the owner was so friendly and the iced glasses for beers on a hot day were very welcome . We lived eating our meals on the balcony and feeling part of an ordinary Greek community.

The most beautiful place we have ever been. The apartment has all the comforts for a short and long stay - air conditioners that quickly cooled the rooms. The two bedrooms are very comfortable, the mattresses and pillows are perfect. The kitchen has everything you need - a coffee machine, a kettle for hot water, a stove, a huge refrigerator. The entire apartment was spotlessly clean. Towels and sheets are new. On the third day we were pleasantly surprised when we returned, all the sheets and blankets had been changed. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by the hostess - smiling and ready to answer any questions we have. We had a treat for the four of us - pies, sweets, beer, white wine, natural juice. Again on the third day when we returned to the apartment, they had left us Greek sweets in a box in the fridge. The street is quiet and peaceful. There are cute kittens that were lounging outside the doors of the houses. The bathroom is very comfortable, there is plenty of hot water. There was lovely shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom. There is also a washing machine which also made our stay easier. No complaints, fantastic place to stay in Chania. Even four-star hotels cannot offer us such comfort as we had here. I recommend it to everyone who wants to spend their vacation pleasantly. We look forward to staying at the apartment again in Chania. Thank you Maria's apartment.

Maria is an amazing host full of info and always willing to help. She left little sweets and delicacies also.
