Sofita Di Sofo

From the moment we arrived in Kos, Nikos made us feel incredibly welcome. He was already waiting outside to help us find the apartment, and we immediately felt we were in good hands. Nikos lives downstairs and kindly told us we could contact him anytime if we needed anything – it gave us a real sense of safety and care. It felt much more personal than staying at a big hotel where you're just one of many guests. What touched us most was the thoughtful gesture: since we arrived late in the evening, Nikos had prepared snacks, fresh fruit, and wine for us – such a kind and generous surprise that made us feel truly cared for. The apartment had everything we needed for a relaxed stay. We used the bikes every day to get to the city center – it only took around 5 minutes by bike, and about 20 minutes if walking, depending on where you want to go. All in all, our stay with Nikos was far more than just accommodation – it was a warm, friendly, and memorable experience. Thank you, Nikos, for everything!

The only small issue we had was with one of the bikes. On the first day, the chain kept falling off, so we couldn’t use it for about three days. Nikos recommended a place to get it repaired, and when we finally brought it there, the mechanic was surprised how dirty the chain was – he kindly cleaned it for free. While we appreciated that a lot, we did lose quite some time trying to fix the problem ourselves. Nikos explained that the bikes belong to his family and that he simply offers them to guests as a nice gesture. We really appreciated that, but we would recommend making sure the bikes are in good condition before offering them. That said, everything else during our stay was absolutely perfect. We had a great time, and thanks to Nikos’ kindness and helpfulness, we would definitely come back again.

Place is in a nice, quiet neighbourhood, only 15 min walk from city centre. Room was spaceous, bed comfortable. 2 AC units in room and living room helped wiht cooling apartment. Host was even so friendly that he bought us snacks for the first day. Would reccomend for couples or solo holidays.

Beautiful, modern, fully-equipped apartment just like in the pictures. Walking distance to harbour, main bus station (for visiting other parts of the island and airport) and local attractions, yet in a quiet, less crowded area. Great owner and family. Even provided complimentary fruit, biscuits, cookies, juice and bottled water. Would definitely stay there again if or when I revisit Kos.

Lovely and clean, very high grade for the price, great location, super friendly and helpful host

We arrived late at night but we were still warmly greeted and the snacks and drinks provided were more than welcome after our long late journey. We walk a lot so we didn't make use of the free bikes Nikos offered. What a nice host.The apartment itself was clean, private, with a nice balcony in a quiet area, walkable distance into town with some nice restaurants not far away. Thanks for being so accommodating - it helped us a lot.

Amazing stay in Kos, largely thanks to this apartment and its owner. The apartment is a 10 out of 10 in terms of cleanliness, size, and comfort. It is a 5-10 minute walk to the beach. The best was owner, he is very attentive and extremely hospitable. Thanks to his kindness, our stay felt much more like home, it was beautiful, and our visit to the island was unbeatable.
