Casa Argo

Просторная, светлая, недавно отремонтированная квартира в начале Старого города. Балкон с видом на улочку, где можно спокойно посидеть за чашечкой кофе и наблюдать за атмосферой оживленной Ханьи. У квартиры отдельный вход, найти ее можно по одноименной таверне, где хозяин отдаст ключи. Пребыванием в этом месте я осталась давольна.

Μας αφήσαν να αφήσουμε τις αποσκεύες μας απο τις 10 μέχρι να ετοιμαστει το δωματιο (ήταν ετοίμο από τις 12:00). Μεγάλος χώρος. Παρά πολύ καλή τοποθεσία.

L’emplacement est top

Το μοναδικό ωραίο ήταν η τοποθεσία.

Αγενείς οικοδεσπότες και βρώμικο δωμάτιο. Μόλις μπήκαμε στο δωμάτιο συνειδητοποιήσαμε ότι δεν είχε καθαριστεί και προσπαθήσαμε να επικοινωνήσουμε με την οικοδεσπότη ώστε να λάβουμε πίσω τα λεφτά της καθαριότητας και δεν δεχόντουσαν να μας επιστρέψουν χρήματα. Μας είπαν να ακυρώσουμε την κράτηση και να φύγουμε από το δωμάτιο. Για να λυθεί το θέμα επικοινωνήσαμε με τη booking, όπου και ανέλαβαν να μιλήσουν εκείνοι με τους οικοδεσπότες. Μετά από πολύ ταλαιπωρία 3 ωρών το θέμα έληξε και μας επιστράφηκαν τα χρήματα της καθαριότητας και την επόμενη μέρα καθαρίστηκε το δωμάτιο.

Good location, in the middle of Old Town, close to bus station, Nea Chora beach within 20min walking distance. Restaurant under apartment, few others nearby, mini market, supermarket Synca. Despite the location, it wasn’t noisy (visit in mid-September). Equipped kitchen, electric stove, microwave, electric ketttle.

Kitchen was lacking some equipment like sharp knife or cutting board.

Until the last moment didn’t reply to us to know how the check in worked. We had to gind another place. I’m four months pregnant and I got so frustrated to not knowing if had a bed for the vacations.

It is centrally located

It was not properly cleaned, mold in the shower,, dirty floor, and on one of the towels there was someone else's hair, the curtains had stains, the bathroom ceiling was moldy and curved because of an older plumbing problem. Additionally the entrance to the apartment was not welcoming, there was not even some water in the fridge to welcome us, the windows are old and flimsy, the surface of the table was broken... Too many things gone wrong for 137 euros that we payed.

The location was in the old town, located near the ports. It was calm full, near to everything.

There were some spiders in the apartment.
